Refund Policy

AeonMed services are available on payment of certain monies that are specified for each service chosen. These payments are collected in both online and offline mode.

If a client is not satisfied and decides to withdraw from any service or plan offered by AeonMed refund can be claimed. Each refund is subject to approval by AeonMed.

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of payments made. Refunds are admissible only when a service is not availed. Requests can be made by sending an email from the same email ID which was used to contact AeonMed for availing the impugned service.No refunds will be made for un-availed services if the claim is not received within stipulated period of 10 days.

Once a refund request is accepted refund amount will be reverted to the customer’s account through the same method through which the original payment was made. Refunds will be realized within 7 working days after a refund request has been approved by AeonMed.
